Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actress. She is best known for her performances in the films The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and also for her role in the TV series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify, a Sundance Channel show that is a drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in film and television. Her fame was boosted by the roles she portrayed in the drama show Rectify. Born in Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut in the part in the soap opera All My Children. It was for her outstanding performance that she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award. Her roles were mostly as guest actors throughout her time on TV series. The role she played as Dr. Erin Jameson on the television series Hawthorne was praised by the audience. Her stunning looks and her acting skills, she slowly gained an enormous following. Her film debut was at just twenty-something, and she appeared her role in Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were a couple of her previous films. Her nomination was in the Madrid International Film Festival Award for her performance in the movie Beautiful Now'. On the television show Timeless, she played the role of Lucy Preston, a history professor. The series has been praised by critics and Spencer's role has been nominated in The Teen Choice Award.
